Traditional Date and Walnut Loaf is a great any time treat. The dates are soaked in Coffee before being added to the mix with chopped walnuts. Delicious spread with salted butter.
Typically last up to 5 days in the sealed package, but it's best to put in to the freezer within 3 days of receipt for extended storage. Slice and wrap individual slices so you can take them out when you fancy a treat.
