Returns & Exchanges
Please know that we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. Because our food products are perishable all food sales are final. In order to uphold our food safety standards we do not offer a return or exchange policy.
Our baked items are made fresh, and are not shipped frozen. For ultimate satisfaction we suggest you consume them within a day or two of their arrival, or please freeze upon arrival if you do not plan on consuming them straight away.
We do understand that stuff happens, and will be happy to try and resolve any issues with regard to shipping or mishandling of our packages. We strongly advise that you refuse to accept any items from the delivery carrier that were delivered in squashed or damaged boxes, and please, if possible snap a photo, and email as soon as possible.
