My bakes are made and packed in a dedicated gluten free home bakery. Located in a separate building to my home kitchen and containing ONLY ingredients that are labelled gluten free to ensure there is no cross contamination. My oven, refrigerator, mixer and utensils are only used for gluten free baking. 

Unlike some other bakers I ONLY prepare gluten free items in my kitchen.
